After two years of working with the local councils they still do not offer any financial support to families in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire area.

I, the undersigned, believe that the Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council should offer a subsidy toward the purchase of or use of cloth nappies within a laundry or hire service.

Reasons include, but are by no means limited to:

It would make the outlay of purchasing cloth more affordable.
I would be more inclined to use cloth if the council/s put inplace a subsidy
It would make bigger impact on the number of disposable nappies sent to landfill.
